National Maternal Mental Health Hotline

The National Maternal Mental Health Hotline provides 24/7, free, confidential support before, during and after pregnancy. The Hotline offers callers phone or text access to professional counselors, real-time support, a response within a few minutes, resources and much more. 

Chocolate Milk Café

The Chocolate Milk Café is a Lactation Support group where families that are part of the African Diaspora; who provide human milk to their children can gather in a sacred space to receive adequate support.

Mid-Missouri Black Doula Collective

Mid-Missouri Black Doula Collective (MMBDC) doulas seek to provide physical, emotional and informational support to help women experience giving birth in a healing space that is healthy and safe. They offer Perinatal Doula Services, Childbirth Education and Ongoing Breastfeeding Support.

SSM MOMS Line (Serving the St. Louis area and beyond)

Provides both in-person and phone support for parents experiencing perinatal distress or depression. 

Call 314-768-6667 to connect with a peer support volunteer through the MOMS line warm line. Volunteers are parents who have experienced perinatal distress themselves and understand what you are going through. Volunteers will connect you with resources in your area.
